Liability of the Parties
1. Failure to comply with the obligations set out in this Privacy Policy will give rise to the Administration’s liability for losses suffered by the User in relation to the illicit use of personal data under the terms of the law.
2. In the event of disclosure or loss of personal data, the Administration will not be held legally responsible if such data:
  1. Has become public domain prior to its loss or disclosure.
  2. Has been obtained by a third party prior to its receipt by the Administration.
  3. Has been disclosed with the express consent of the User.
